Why have they failed?

What do most millennial movements have in common? An expectation that someone would lead the way to a better world. Almost without exception, leader-driven, or top-down, movements fail in the long-term. What's the lesson to be learned from that?

I believe that Millenial Movements should:
1. Be based on an individual's and society's increasing level of consciousness, not from a leader's consciousness repression.
2. Start and grow from the Truth and Reality within, not from outside falsity.
3. Be a grassroots phenomenon that spreads most effectively via Word-of-Mouth, not by propaganda or media. see http://www.unleashbuzz.com
